NEW OBSERVED DOSING PROCEDURE

CARS continuously monitors local COVID-19 updates to make appropriate changes to minimize your exposure and spread of the virus. As of March 26, 2020 all patients have been receiving curbside dosing. Patient will pull into the driveway and follow the signs. Patients are to present with CARS Clinic ID and Vehicle ID. Patients who have not yet received ID’s will receive upon their next visit. NO PATIENT IS TO EXIT THEIR VEHICLE. Patients are encouraged to attend the clinic alone.

C.A.R.S. will be closed on Friday, April 10th in observance of Good Friday.

The regular schedule will be resumed on Monday, April 13 at 5:30 AM for those patients scheduled to attend on Monday.

C.A.R.S. will be closed on Monday, January 20 in observance of MLK Day.

The regular schedule will resume on Tuesday, January 21 at 5:30 AM.

12/05/2019 10:55 AM – CARS Tomball

There will be no second dosing (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM) on Thursday, December 19, 2019 due to staff training.

If you normally attend during second dosing, you will need to make arrangements to be at the clinic between 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Normal dosing schedule will resume on Friday, December 20.

08/02/2019 9:32 AM – CARS Tomball

There will be no second dosing (11:00 AM to 12:30 PM) on Thursday, August 15, 2019 due to staff training.

If you normally attend during second dosing, you will need to make arrangements to be at the clinic between 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM.

Normal dosing schedule will resume on Friday, August 16.

07/11/2019 9:00 AM – CARS Tomball

On Wednesday, July 31, 2019, C.A.R.S. will not be dosing from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM due to staff training.  If you are scheduled to come in that day, please make sure you attend from 5:30 AM to 9:00 AM.

The regular schedule will resume on Thursday, August 1.

The staff of C.A.R.S. is watching the tropical storm/hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico.  At this time, the National Weather Service is not predicting that this storm will impact the Houston area.  However, we are asking our patients who attend on Saturdays to contact the clinic Friday morning to learn if any changes in scheduling have been made.  If there is a schedule change, it will be announced on our web site (www.counselingandrecovery.com), our Facebook page for the Tomball clinic (@CARSTomball), and on our Twitter account (@CARSTomball).

Due to a possible flooding event, C.A.R.S. Tomball is notifying patients due in on Thursday, 5/9, Friday, 5/10 or Saturday, 5/11 to contact the clinic to determine if any change to the schedule will be made.

The National Weather Service is predicting heavy rain over the next several days, which could lead to localized flooding.

Please contact the clinic to determine if patients need to come in early.

The annual state fee of $30 is due by June 30, 2019.

Each patient’s account will be charged on June 1, and you will have until June 30 to pay it off.

If you want to pay the fee before June 1, please see a counselor.  You will receive a receipt from staff if you pay before June 1.

If you cannot pay the fee all at once, you can make payments, as long as the full $30 is paid by June 30.
